Smell the flower beds full of spices and herbs or just daydream on the villa’s terraces. We’ll make your stay at Villa Anamia unforgettable.
Villa Anamia is located in the small seaside town Kostrena in the vicinity of the town of Rijeka in a quiet residential area, just a few steps from the seaside and pebble beaches. The house is five minutes by foot from the seaside promenade which connects two small ports and gives the opportunity of wining and dining in different restaurants and taverns. For those with a sport spirit, very close to the Villa, there is a diving center and a sailing club so you can dive or sail under the expert supervision. For the tennis lovers there are tennis courts in close vicinity and a possibility of hiring a certified tennis coach.
For the adventurous visitors there are many hiking and biking trails in the surrounding mountains and for those who like being on the move, we have to inform you that in less than two hours you can reach Venice, Plitvice Lakes and Istria.

Visit the outer space
Enjoy the sun or the shadow - there is a big veranda with armchairs and a comfortable settee, looking at the lawn and the swimming pool with mosaic and a white stone sundeck.
From the living room there is a direct access onto the big terrace. The terrace is connected by limestone stairs with the lawn and the stone barbecue. The whole villa is surrounded by cascades of cultivated greenery and bushes. -

FIRST FLOOR
A large spacious living room with glass walls offers a comfortable ambiance and a most magnificent panoramic view. The living area is connected with a modern well- equipped kitchen, study room and a large hall with marble floor. On the same floor there is a guest toilet, as well as the door to the garage.
SECOND FLOOR
An impressive marble staircase that communicates throughout the villa leads to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, each with its own designer’s bathroom, and access to the terrace with a stunning panoramic view.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor, there is a rustic tavern with an authentic fireplace and a spacious dining table. There is also fitness room that can upon the request be used as a room with 2 sofa beds (1 sofa bed for 2 persons + 1 sofa bed for 1 person) with bathroom and access to the veranda and lawn as well.
